Unfortunately if you have acne it is because you are predisposed to it and you simply cannot eat everything that your friends might be able to eat. Avoid inflammatory foods such as vegetable oils and red meat for starters.
3. Supplement. Supplementing with high quality nutrient dense supplements will aid in your dietary changes and give your body the power-punch it needs to clear acne for good. I recommend a few inexpensive supplements that can be found at any health food store or GNC. Spirulina is at the top of my list and is one of the most nutrient dense super-foods out there.
